Service Agreement
By engaging GLOBAL RAP TV MEDIA LLC for digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these terms. All campaigns, creatives, and strategies developed remain the intellectual property of the agency until full payment is received.
Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any monthly marketing campaigns or web development projects unless otherwise stated in writing.
No Guarantee Clause
While we utilize proven data-driven strategies, GLOBAL RAP TV MEDIA LLC cannot guarantee specific financial results, lead volume, or ROI due to the unpredictable nature of third-party platforms (Google, Meta) and market conditions.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GLOBAL RAP TV MEDIA LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
Refund Policy
No Refund After Execution
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of time, resources, and strategy, absolutely no refunds will be issued once work or campaigns have commenced.
Partial Refund Pre-Execution
If a refund is requested before any onboarding, research, or execution has begun, a partial refund may be issued, minus a 20% administrative fee.
7-Day Request Window
All eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@globalraptvmediallc.com within 7 days of the initial transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a service agreement prior to the project start date. See our Refund Policy for financial implications regarding early cancellation.
Post-Execution Cancellation
For monthly retainer services (SEO, Ads, Social Media), cancellations will not apply to the current active billing cycle. Service will terminate at the end of the paid month.
Written Request Required
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with a 30-day notice to info@globalraptvmediallc.com to ensure smooth off-boarding and transition of digital assets.
